Heather Dover, MS, RDN

Heather is the Coordinator for Undergraduate Research in the Provost's Office at Michigan State University (MSU).  She is credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and holds a Master of Science in Food Safety from MSU.  Prior to her work in undergraduate research, Heather served as a research assistant and laboratory manager in several departments across the MSU campus.
